DISPATH TERMS.
The products shall be delivered to the transportation agencies of your choice, perfectly packaged, with packaging film and labelling, where all of the products particulars shall be recorded together with the quantity, the client’s particulars and the location for their delivery.
In relation to large quantities, the packages with the CLIPS shall be placed onto pallets for their easy transportation. In the event where you receive our products in a poor state as for example broken clips, destroyed appliances, broken pallets, etc, the exclusive responsibility shall be borne by the transportation service to which they were also delivered in an excellent condition.
The excellent condition in their delivery is assured by seals on the sales documents during the receipt of the merchandise by the transportation agencies.
The expenses for the dispatch of the products shall be paid to the transportation companies (agency) by the clients themselves at the dispatch location, during their receipt.

TERMS FOR RETURN.
Communicate with GREENAGROPLAST™ in order to agree upon the return of the products in your order, or a part thereof.
Package the products for return in new packaging in the event where the original packaging has been destroyed or corrupted.
Deliver the products to the Transportation Company where you received them, necessarily with the accompanying transportation documents and Consignment Note (return due to unsuitability) where your order was dispatched with a Consignment
Note so that a Credit Note may be issued and dispatched in the post to you.
